   Independent Product Designer

   Notable clients: Toronto Flower Gallery, Samsung, LG Energy Solution, LKT (WCS/WMS SaaS)

   • Toronto Flower Gallery — Manage their online store on Shopify and Instagram. Shoot and edit product photos to match their brand tone, and built an event portfolio landing page to showcase their floral arrangements.
   • Tech POS — Support clients using Tech POS’s payment service, with sites hosted on Hostinger and online ordering through GloriaFood and Restolabs. Build client websites to take online orders and run promotions for them.
   • Samsung — Designed responsive UX for SmartThings promotional web campaign (mobile, tablet, TV) deployed across 8 countries.
   • LG Energy Solution × Fastcampus — Built a scalable presentation design system for a corporate training program; delivered 7 decks (200 pages) in 4 weeks using AI-assisted visual asset generation.
   • Metis (Google Play) — 0-to-1 product designer for a live mobile commerce app; led end-to-end UX/UI from concept to App Store release.
   • LKT — Designed B2B fulfillment dashboard (WCS/WMS SaaS); delivered component kit and interface guidelines, extended to HD Auto-ever.
   • CLASS101 — Designed an AI-assisted thumbnail system for South Korea’s leading EdTech platform, establishing GPT prompt guidelines for visual consistency at scale.

2. Aug 2025 – Feb 2026

   Design Mentor at Blue Tiger

   • Provided actionable, detailed feedback to refine mentee portfolios, specifically boosting their UI craft and design thinking rigor.
   • Mentored and guided a group of junior designers, directly contributing to their ability to frame better problems and deliver innovative design solutions on Zoom calls.

3. Mar 2022 – Mar 2024

   Product Designer at Higher X Co., Ltd

   Sole product designer; drove 150%+ user growth over 2 years through end-to-end UX ownership across the full product lifecycle.

   • Improved photo-saving UX via A/B testing, achieving a 25% increase in daily photo uploads, directly contributing to securing a new B2B client (ADT Cap.).
   • Architected a design system from brand identity tokens — built 19 components and integrated design tokens with GitHub via Figma plugin (pre-native token era), enabling consistent design-to-dev handoff across the team.

4. Oct 2020 – Feb 2022

   UXUI Designer at Remain Co., Ltd

   Notable clients: LG U+, WECA (World Educational & Cultural Aid), Logisall

   • LG U+ “Holeman is Back!” — Designed mobile web promotional event; all campaign gifts claimed within 4 hours of launch, exceeding event targets.
   • Managed 2–3 client projects in parallel monthly; took on client communication and project management from year one.
   • Led design direction on 5–6 projects as primary designer, including intern and junior designer oversight — covering moodboard through to shipped interface.
   • Delivered responsive web and mobile UI across NGO, e-commerce, and enterprise sectors (LG U+, WECA, Logisall).

   • Created editorial products including brochures, guidebooks and posters for individual companies and government agencies.
